easzlab/kube-webhook-certgen 运行 certgen 工具，为 Kubernetes Validating/Mutating Webhook 或 Ingress Controller 生成自签 TLS 证书并写入 Secret。定位为 --rm 证书生成 init Job，Helm hook 或 kubectl Job 触发；非常驻服务。
