mpromonet/webrtc-streamer 运行 WebRTC Streamer 服务，将 RTSP/HTTP 视频源转为 WebRTC 流供浏览器低延迟播放。定位为视频流 WebRTC 网关，无需插件；IP 摄像头浏览器预览、RTSP 转 Web 实时流或监控系统 WebRTC 接入层。
